THE MACHINE

Built to keep moving

The arm is a self-rotating tool, 6 to 20 meters long, that different attachments turn to different jobs, from hoeing to harvesting to irrigation. Strip cropping becomes circular strip cultivation, ring by ring, so one field can grow more kinds of food, support more biodiversity, and stay workable at a human scale.

COMPATIBLE TOOLS

Works with the tools you probaly already own. Combine them and one ring can be harvested while another is irrigated, at the same time.

DATA AND TECHNOLOGY

Data that works for you

  • Radar and cameras
Mounted on the arm, watching the field closely: tracking water needs, spotting disease early, following how crops grow, and measuring biodiversity.

  • People and produce
Points volunteers to where they’re needed, and shows which produce can be harvested.

LOOKING AHEAD

A shared Circlefarm platform would bring together data from CSA Circlefarms everywhere, building a growing library of knowledge for new Circlefarmers to learn from.
